All of our orders are normally processed within 48 hours. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours, where you can check the status of your shipment.
If you need to make any modifications to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@medikateskincare.com, and be sure to include your order number in your email.

Great question! Be sure to create an account on our website for full access. You will earn Kate Kash without needing to create an account; however, in order to check your balance you will need to create an account with the same email address used for the order. We can easily check if you have an active account, let us know if we can help!
Not to worry - There are many reasons a promo code will not work so here are some trouble shooting tips:
- Make sure there isn't already a promo code being used at the checkout. Only one promo code can be used at a time. Kate Kash is not considered a promo code; you can continue to use both a promo code and your Kate Kash as they will apply differently at checkout.
- Other reasons a promo code will not work is if the promo code has already been used, or has expired.
We don’t offer separate gift receipts currently, but the packing slips for all orders omit the prices of each product.

Yes we do! Once you have chosen the appropriate gift card you can enter the recipients email so they can receive their gift right away, or, choose to send the gift card to your email and print it or email it at a later date.

No, this does not happen — but there is an exception. Skin can build up a tolerance to retinal, but not a tolerance against the effectiveness. In fact, jumping around to different products can do more harm than good, so try to stick with it.
