About Balance - Floral Toner Water

Unlike other toners made to be astringents, Balance is focused completely on nourishment with zero irritation. If you have sensitive skin and need a toner that won’t leave you feeling irritated, Balance is the one for you!

Apply using a cotton pad twice daily after cleansing. Follow with appropriate serums and moisturizers.
